Career Week :/

You know what,

I don't think I'll ever be a financial planner.

Why?

Simple.

I don't convince.

So this week is Career Week in school.

On Tuesday we had the talk on certain career prospects.

And I went for Financial Planning.

Don't ask me why!!

When the lady said that joey Aminah will be in Harvard,

we started laughing at the back XD

Inside joke.

Once upon a time:

"YW, you're going to go to Harvard :D"

"And do what? Clean the toilets there?"

FYI, YW is like.. a genius. Literally.

Just yesterday,

we had something like an education fair.

So the people from places like Taylor's, HELP, INTI, Methodist and etc came.

Whaddyaknow..

I think my mom is probably the only mom in the world who doesn't know what her daughter is supposed to do after Form 5.

You know what she asked?

"What levels ah?"

"A levels."

"What is that? And what is the what ah? Matriculation ah?"

"Got SAM, CAL, CPU etc IB"

"I dunno lah. You don't care so much first."

How do you think I feel?

On the other hand,

my dad is showing more concern towards my education after Form 5.

At least he bothered to listen and ask.

My mom?

I told her that if she doesn't understand what I'm saying, she should take the darn initiative to call up some colleges and ask.

She says: "It's your future. Why must I ask for you?"

To mom:

I'm not asking you to ask on my behalf,

I want you to know.

Then, today was a talk by some guy who builds 'swimming pools' from UniTAR.

About scholarships.

I got a free pen :)

I panicked.

Not panick lah..

I just feel like I really should buck up and put myself into full gear and STUDY.

19 weeks to SPM.

It's worst if you count ti in weeks.

Counting then in days ae more acceptable.
